We accept most insurance plans, including Aultcare, Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield, Bureau of Workers Compensation, Medical Mutual, Medicare, Ohio Health Choice, and United Health Care.

PCC Designs payment programs to assist patients in getting the best quality of care at affordable fees with a payment plan that will work for a person’s budget.
Care Credit
We are providing "Care Credit "for patients as an added service to assist them in paying for high deductibles and services not covered by insurance.
Care Credit will divide out the high deductible or non-covered service into monthly payments with low or no interest charge. This is for healthcare needs only, but doesn’t affect your credit card limits.
This has been extremely helpful when immediate health needs appear without significant warning that would alter the family budget.
